Job Description:
Handling event management, managing, closing tickets within SLAs and manages Remedy/ITSM workflow
Attending P1 incidents and restoring services as per SLA
Coordinates L2 escalations with context and event trace
Prepare and deploy data fixes caused by configuration, user, or application errors.
Monitor, track, and fix production defects.
Provide monthly RCA and incident trend reports.
Own and manage the BAU tasks related to RTRM database for DB performance as per Rogers processes and standards
Support CCB (Change Control Board) for impact analysis
