Job Description:
SME of Openet Platform
Owns, manages and responses to client's regarding the engagement activities such as deployments, RCAs, incidents, communications, recurring updates/reports, feedback, governance compliance and service delivery.
Manages L1 L2 support processes as per client`s standards
Co-ordinates L3-L4 support together with client`s platform owners as per business engagement conditions.
People management, Team roster management & skill development of the delivery team
